| The
upper arm of each subject will be used as the designated test site.
Baseline measurements will be made using a Minolta Chromameter®.
A trained evaluator will also assess the color of each upper arm according
to a differential scale (baseline measurements need to be of equal
value to enroll).
Subjects
will then be given the product to use at home, diaries to record
date and time of product application and significant comments, and
instructions for use. The test site will be treated with the test
product, the other upper arm will remain untreated throughout the
study.
After
2, 4, and 8 weeks of use, subjects will return for follow-up evaluations.
Subjects will respond to a brief questionnaire at the final visit.
Results
will be statistically analyzed.
